In case you couldn't tell by the excessive number of exclamation points, I'm really excited about what's going on this week. First, May 16 is my birthday, and I'm celebrating as always, with a new book release and a free book giveaway.
I won't be making Playing with Fire: A Magical Romantic Comedy (with a body count) free again for a while, so get your copy while the getting is good. I'll be doing countdown deals in the future, lining up with the release of future Magical Romantic Comedies.
There will be at least two more of them released this year. Hoofin' It goes to the editor later today. (Well, the first few chapters are.) Whatever for Hire will be released in December in a Diversity in Fantasy book box set. (There will be more news on that later.
In better news, Water Viper: A Jesse Alexander Novel, is out in the wilds. The print edition is coming soon. I'm expecting 2-3 weeks for it to be available for sale. Speaking of print editions, for those of you who fell in love with Playing with Fire and have been asking about the print editions, yes, it is available in print now.
Now, for some other fun announcements, as I can.
Are you ready for this? Are you?
Are you really sure?
Okay, then! I'm finally moving to California! My husband's passport has his green card visa doohickey in it, and we're packing up and getting ready to head to the United States! We're both really looking forward to the next step in our lives. We have a lot of stuff to worry about, but progress is being made!
We'll have to find a place to rent that'll let us have four cats, but Apple said they'd be helping us with that. We have a lot of cleaning and preparation to do around the house, so the next few weeks of my life are going to be insane.
But that doesn't mean the work is stopping. Not at all, in fact.
June 27, 2017, I'll be joining a bunch of other authors in the second release of the Plundered Chronicles kindle world. The House Lost at Sea Part II will conclude Catalina de la Corona's story. Will she finally break her curse?
As I mentioned before, Hoofin' It goes to the editor very soon. She's given me a list of words I've abused and am no longer allowed to torture. Hmph.
I'll show her! I'll find new words to abuse. That'll teach her.
Happy reading, everyone!
